Flawless performance and audiance engagement indeed. The operator on Viator maintained timely pick-up feom hotel. You won't get lost among dozens of passenger vans as they arrange assistance to find out your pre-booked ride after the show.
We were a bit confused about 'skip the line' offer as we had to stand in a queue, it wasn’t too long though. Not sure how they allocate the platinum seats as some guests had the privilege of sitting very close to the stage.

Really fun show. Definitely worth the cost. Pick up from and return to the hotel was smooth. Buffet selection was extensive to cater to different pallets. Photos aren’t allowed inside the auditorium, but lots of photo opportunities when you arrive and during the pre-show.

We did not go to the show because we found out they have animals including elephants at the place. After going the ethical Phuket Elephant Sanctuary and finding out how they stab, hit and torture the animals to be “friendly” and approachable for interaction with the tourists, we cancelled going to the show.
STOP USING ELEPHANTS FOR ENTERTAINMENT!!!!!!
There are over 4000 elephants in Thailand that are being mistreated because of ignorance of tourists who support such shows or activities.
See my attached photos of how elephants should be treated and free roaming at a sanctuary NOT show or for back rides in the heat!!

Siam Niramit is a Cultural show not to miss in Phuket. The whole production set up was extravagant and lavish. Showcased were the colourful costumes, talented casts, and elaborate props well put together to come up with an amazing show. The whole venue itself had interesting replicas of the houses from the olden days showing their culture and livelihood during wet and dry seasons. Their sources of living were farming and fishing. There were even some demonstrations on how they prepared their food with some tasting of the food on offer. Tickets to the show included dinner where there was a wide variety of Thai food on the buffet. Some western food was also offered, but of course we opted for the delicious Thai food. There was also a pre-show at the Plaza where their national costumes, music and dances were presented. The main show in the theatre was spectacular and it was suitable for people of all ages. The event also had hotel pick up and drop off. It was well organised because they have assigned pick up points after the show depending on which hotel or resort you are staying. Everything went smoothly from start to finish which made us enjoy this event and would recommend this Cultural show to anyone visiting Phuket.

This was such a good night. The organisation was so good. The food was fantastic and there was so much choice for all food preferences. Then, a village to see old Thailand skills. The staff were all in costumes and so friendly . They want you to enjoy your evening and join in. There was a pre show outside and then the main show inside,the place was huge and the chairs were very comfy. Wow. It was enthralling. Lights and special effects were great. If you come to Phuket without going, you are missing a real treat. Then, once over, you can have your photos with some of the cast. Staff then help you find your correct way home for us, the correct taxi.

The show is highly entertaining and shares just enough Thailand history, culture, and philosophy to be educational as well. The sets, costumes, and stage are in themselves worth the price. The dinner is excellent and very diverse. The show was our favorite experience, and we did a fair bit of touring. The stage was immense and featured a river, a rainstorm, beautiful actors, and a series of short but meaningful storylines. It was highly entertaining and is an experience we will remember!

The cultural village gives a hint of the of way of the different regions of Thailand, you can walk through the old houses and have a look on the traditions and customs of Thai people.

The show was spectacular. It was fast paced colourful and the sets and costumes were unbelievable! This us a must see experience. You learn a lot about Thai culture, beliefs and history as you are wonderfully entertained.
