This could have been good, but the stops are hard to find, the driver took some time to smoke and talk to other drivers without telling us he was on break, took so much time to get to a stop afraid to get off and get stuck.

Although I usually enjoy this bus trip, I had a negative ticket lady several times in the two days. We said good morning and didn't get a response, from neither her or the driver. It was where's your ticket and you were rudely handed an ear piece. Another lady got on the wrong bus, she was told " wrong bus, go there" and was pointed a direction. I understand the language barrier, but a smile goes a long way in any language. We encountered this bus lady two days in a row. She was on the green line May 14/15. The red line driver and ticket person was friendly and helpful. The audio on the green bus also had a lot os static and the ear pieces did not fit all the recepticles on on some of the buses. No headphone that worked no leg room paid for the £119.00 trip and had to pay again to get in the museum £96.00 asked for refund and refused. Appalling service

Almost 2 hr wait for a bus as lines were around the block. Ridiculous as empty buses sitting at stop but not being used. When pre booking a ticket you should have priority as many people just turned up. It was bedlam. Maybe ok if you have a few days but as 1 day visit was not good ... go chase a tour! If could have got a refund we would have gone elsewhere for the day.

We boarded at the Barcelona cruise terminal stop and it took us well over an hour standing in the hot sun to get on a bus. Understand that there were several cruise ships that came in that day but the company could have catered for this by putting on more buses at that particular bus stop. Some of the headphone jacks on the buses were not working. Otherwise, everything went off relatively well after the initial hiccup.

It was a blustery day, so the ride on the upper level wasn’t very pleasant (but that was my fault). However, the commentary wasn’t very good - a lot of music and sound effects (cheering when we passed a stadium, for example) but very little explanation about the sites themselves. Compared to other bus tours of this type, this one was mediocre.

It is always a good option to use buses
When you visit a city
In this case it is not the exception and the advantage is that they are met on their schedules and the route is two lines
So that makes it easier to transfer to another line and do it in one day
