My wife and I did the Shibuya Tour with Sho being our gracious tour guide on Christmas. We were afraid things may have been slow for the holiday but it was lively as ever. Sho explained to us that Christmas is more of a couples holiday versus a family holiday in Japan. The tour was as described where we visited 3 locations with 3 different vibes. We were even lucky to run into the boss of the last bar who is a famous singer. Sho as a tour guide was great, able to explain things to us but keep the setting very casual and relaxed. It felt like going out with a true local friend.

We had a wonderful evening with Max, his knowledge of the Shibuya area was exceptional! We were a difficult group to please due to food allergies but Max did his best to accommodate us. Be mindful the options for coeliac and vegetarian are very limited. Really enjoyed Max's company and our group of 6 had a good time walking the alleys of Shibuya.

It was my first experience with Viator. Sho was very entertaining and made sure we all knew what we were putting into our tummies. Sho took us to this really cozy karaoke, lucky us, the owner was there. She’s a well known music artist and we got to sing and dance with her.

Dichi was an absolute Star! He made the night an awesome experience. The group were wonderful people and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each other. I really enjoyed the plum wine. Thanks Dichi for getting me out of my comfort and singing!
