Excellent service and tour. On time on pickup and very enjoyable trip. Excellent driving in the dune ride. Finish off with a show and nice buffet meal in the desert

Lost 1.5 hours because the driver made a mistake at the destination. I'm actually disappointed with the activities!

Driver took us to locations that were nit part of our safari and wasted our time. Parts of the safari were not fulfilled. Avoid RAH tours at all cost.

If you on are on the fence about which company to use for a tour like this don't use Viator or RAH tours. Our driver took us to two locations that were not part of our safari which was a waste of time and parts of the tour were not fulfilled.

Transfer to Abu Dhabi mosque was good in the morning. However despite booking the whole day tour, the transfer from Abu Dhabi to desert safari was very poorly coordinated. We were picked up in a mini bus that was in a very poor state. We reached dune bashing late and by the time we reached desert camp, it was dark post sunset. The desert camp was crowded and food was not good at all.

The tour guides at RAH Tourism were exceptional. Highly recommend doing this tour as you get to enjoy the scenery alongside good company.

Morning we went the grand mosque which was pretty good. Syed took us and gave us good information.
Evening we went on the desert safari. The experience was really enjoyable.

Although the voucher stated that the pick-up time was 8:00, the guide showed up at the hotel at 9:30. I tried to contact the tour operator through the hotel concierge, but they didn't understand. I asked the late guide why he was so late, but he said that the pick-up time was 9:30, and didn't even apologize. I was put in the third row of the Land Cruiser to Abu Dhabi, which was very cramped.
After the mosque tour, I returned to the hotel, and when I asked what time the next desert safari meeting was, he gave me a vague answer that he didn't know and that it was 15:00 or 15:30. I waited again in the hotel lobby from 15:00, and the guide showed up after 15:30. It was very unpleasant to waste precious travel time in the morning and afternoon on unnecessary waiting.
While I was waiting, I sent messages to the tour operator through the Tripadvisor website many times, but there was no reply.
Also, the seat belt of the car on the way back from the desert safari was broken. It was scary to drive at over 100km without a seat belt.
The tour itself was good, as we could experience Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Desert Safari in one day. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was especially amazing as expected, so I recommend you to experience it. The Desert Safari was too commercial and not very satisfying. The guide was very friendly except for the late arrival, and lent me an abaya before entering the mosque, wrapped my scarf nicely as a hijab, and prepared cold water for me after visiting the mosque.
However, I don't trust the tour company and Tripadvisor's system.
There are many similar tours, so I recommend booking elsewhere.
