The driver was punctual. The complaint is that the reservation was non refundable unlike other bookings that are flexible

Vlad our driver was amazing! He arrived a little early which we were quite happy about. He was dressed in a suit and was impeccably groomed. He assisted us with getting our luggage to his van which was spotless inside. During the ride into Rome he chatted with us and pointed out places of interest which we appreciated. Delivered us to the door of our hotel and again assisted us with our luggage. Couldn't have asked for better service! Would definitely recommend.

This company never showed up for our transfer and then proceeded to bill us. I called their number that day when they did not arrive and there was no answer to my call. I left a message and did not get a return call. I would like a refund of my money.
