Apparently scheduled drivers car broke down and the back up was about 10 minutes late for us but certainly not a big deal.

Our driver met us exactly where we expected. Had a sign with our name. She was very friendly. She helped guide other confused travelers on our way to the vehicle. We felt comfortable with her driving and knowledge of the city. The world needs more people like her.

My flight was early and I went to the meeting point and my driver was not there. I called the number given and got no answer. I eventually was contacted and told the driver was running 20 minutes late. When I pay a lot of money for a service, I expect service. I would think the shuttle service would be aware of when flights are coming in.

Our driver Ahmed was great Not only was he prompt but quite helpful to us by providing information of some sites to see and reminded us of looking right or left when crossing the street Very friendly enjoyed the trip from London airport to our hotel.
