The pickup time was sent through Viator the day prior for pick at my hotel at 12 noon and I was in the lobby by 11:42 am to meet him/her on time and the driver arrived 30 min late. I called the contact number for Amigo Tours several times with no answer and was panicking for 3 pm flight as i was told to arrive to airport 3 hours prior to departure. When the driver did arrive , he stated he arrived at 11:30 am and left because i was not there but the pick up time was 12 noon and the driver could have called me on cell phone at any time so not very happy with this airport transfer and reliability

Easy, on-time pick-up from our hotel with friendly and courteous staff to drive and drop us off at SXM. We have used Amigos travel many times and will continue to do so during our travel to St. Maarten.

Clean air conditioned rides. The staff was very friendly as well. They were also very accommodating when I had to change my pick up time for the airport.

The transport was on time friendly driver AC and water or rum punch offered and reasonably priced i would use viator for transport in the future
