Your driver, Ray, was right on time. He was very friendly and professional. We had an early flight and he quickly helped us load and unload our bags and get on our way.

Everything went great on this pickup. Driver was very courteous and professional. He went out of his way to make sure temperatures were good for everyone and gave us some local info on the way.

I booked this shuttle to the Kahului airport just a few days in advance. It was for an 8:00 AM flight and I wasn't sure they'd operate early enough in the morning. They got back to me the day prior and scheduled a 5:00 AM pick up. Later they called to say I'm the only passenger, so I would receive a private shuttle in a Toyota Sienna (instead of the larger bus). This was a nice plus! Franklin was an excellent driver, the car was clean, and he arrived 5 minutes early. Would absolutely book this shuttle service again.
