First of all , the Alhambra site is impressive. Our guide Fernando was just superb . Perfect English, well read, smart, and with much wit. The three hour tour was very well thought out, never a dull moment, with smart stops on the way. Fernando know how to engage all on the tour, made us fellow comfortable , and he shared his authentic pride for history and the city of Granada. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

We saw the most amazing things in Sevilla during this tour and it gives you a quick sight of other places to visit with more time. Tour guide Melissa was full of energy and knowledge. Love to have her.

I only rate a 3 due to the quality of the Tour guide’s narration. First I was extremely dissapointed that Plaza España was closed. This is not the fault of the Tour. The tour itself covered much ground though it was very rushed and the tour guide seemed very scripted. The cathedral tour was not organized. It was tough to follow as the guide was not clearly visible and there was no effort to keep track of everyone in the group. At one point we lost someone and I had a hard time following her and what she was describing. She kept walking without looking behind her to make sure the group was following along. It would have made a big difference if she held a stick high with a bright flag like some of the others. She seemed to have memorized a script throughout the tour. I enjoy history and loved the sights covered o this tour.

We were very unhappy and angry with this tour operator which they were lied. Our tour supposed to start at 10:00 and we were on time (9:50) to wait at meeting point but they just called me that couldn't find us so they transferred us to another tour on 10:45. This is ridiculous! There were many ppl and we were the only group of Asian who must be outstanding in the crowd. So far we joined 8 tours in Spain and this is the only one had such bad experience. Our team felt angry and we will not recommend this tour operator.
Apart from the tour operator, the tour guide - Melissa is very good. She was passionate to tell all she knows and she always told jokes. She also took care of everybody in the tour that our team was happy with her

Great time hitting the three venues: the cathedral, the Alcazar, and old town. Pick up and drop off were on time. Lunch also good.

Our half-day tour of Sevilla was amazing! Melissa made it all worthwhile. Her enthusiasm and pride for Sevilla showed through and made it fun to listen to her. She was knowledgeable and we enjoyed the entire morning immensely. For non-spanish speakers her English is very understandable. We only wish the tour was longer! Highly recommend with Melissa!

The tour was very excellent. Melissa, our guide, was fantastic!!! We had a small group - could be due to the time of the year. It made for a very enjoyable experience. Melissa went out of her way to ensure that the group was enjoying the tour. History can be a complicated subject of Kings, Queens, date, wars and conquests. She was a wealth of knowledge and made it the facts entertaining and interesting. I highly recommend this tour!!!

Got picked up at 9.20, didn’t book for entry to anywhere as I had two broken bones in my foot. At 10.10 we had finally picked up everyone, no talking by the guide while we were driving around. Dropped at the Spanish square to walk around for 15 minutes. Got to the palace, waited again for groups to be sorted, walked through Jewish quarter and by just after 11 had finished! Not a good tour in my opinion.
