From start to finish the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The price for the transfers to and from the island were reasonably priced. Drinks and food are not included.
The island was clean and spacious. Plenty of beds and couches to lay down on. Drinks and food were amazing. The water was so clear you could see all the way to the bottom.
You can go kayaking or swim to the sand banks where the tide goes out.
You just need to make sure you bring your own towel or you can purchase one when you get there.
All in all it’s a great experience. It’s a place to listen to music and relax. Enjoy a cocktail and get a tan.
Highly recommend.

Clear blue waters are fantastic to see the tropical fish while snorkelling. We had the most amazing time!

Awesome fun for our family. Youngest was 10 years old. The staff were super friendly and only wanted you to have the best experience. The food was amazing.

Out if this world! Without spoiling the experience for anyone by telling you what to expect. I can guarantee you will enjoy this experience. We didn’t book the upstairs day beds, and glad we didn’t. We positioned ourselves right in front of the ladies lavatories. Yip, you’d think to avoid that spot. Nah, we had everything we needed within arms length. Beautiful experience beyond words. Young and old! Love love love this day. Milli is the most amazing woman and hostess!! She joins in, and gets the vibe going!!

This excursion is fantastic. The island is fully equipped with food, drink, all the water toys and great toilets(flushing) IYKYK.
The water is warm and out of the 6hrs there we were in the water for 5. The staff are the most outstanding feature of 7th Heaven - thank you Millie, Knox and the whole team. A must do. Book early and reserve your sunbeds. Totally worth every cent. Bula vinaka vaka levu

I would recommend definitely because the ability to jump out in the ocean at anytime is always a highlight . The food and drinks were good, ability to reserve beds and seating area in advance was a plus . The music was decent , staff were great . It’s more of a relaxing atmosphere than party . My only con was that for all the hours spent at sea I thought they would have more activities . The limbo contest they had everyone was interacting and having fun. So if you’re looking for more of a party atmosphere this isn’t it but I still recommend it . Also they had to close the umbrellas due to the wind which had us in the water more often because the sun was scorching . However they do have covered areas with tables and chairs to escape the heat if available .

A must do when holidaying in Fiji, especially if you want to escape the kids for half a day.
Boat ride over was fine about 45mins, host Millie was amazing and so much fun!

Staff were very friendly and attentive.
I noticed they took guests safety seriously, esp while in the water.
Food and drinks were good, everyone had a tab. Very easy to forget how much you are spending until you get the bill at the end ?.
Some activities on board cost extra - snorkel gear, kayaks etc. bring your own snorkel gear but seems silly not to include water based activities in the total pricing.
Unfortunately some guests have to much fun, sun and drinks, which made the trip home was interesting but Millie took care of it!

The people here are so amazing ! Awesome snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing on a beautiful platform and before you say goodbye to this place, you must do the limbo. So much fun !

Heard great reviews from fellow hotel guests and they also heard from other guests who also went to Cloud 9 and agreed that the 7th Heaven experience was their preferred choice - and for good reason. I was also charged $20 Fijian dollars for hotel pickup and drop off from the Tanoa International Hotel, Nadi as an FYI so be sure to double-check which hotel you'll be staying at and if you even want this service and to arrange it with the tour operator via Viator chats. The day before they even gave me a reminder call through the hotel phone line which was greatly appreciated as well!
Staff members were great from beginning to end. Radiating positive energy, music, and vibes the moment we left the dock, to the location (45 mins ish ferry ride), and back. If you can't handle a bit of loud sounds for that long, I would definitely recommend bringing some noise-canceling headphones as they did wonders in calming my nerves down a bit throughout the boat ride.
Greeted by staff at the platform with the Fijian welcoming song which is beautiful btw and the fun atmosphere just continues on for the rest of the day. Just grab an available seat and off to the water activities you go! Swimming, kayaking, canon-bombing off a platform, and my personal favorite snorkeling.
Food and drinks were great as they accept card payments for ultimate ease as well and the prices seem more than fair. The platform and restroom were overall very clean and didn't feel as cramped as it is pretty tiny considering.
Tips: Be sure to bring these items as they may not have everything complimentary
- Beach/hotel towel
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Slippers
- Extra change of clothes
- Battery bank
- Noise-canceling headphones (loud music still plays throughout the day there, which is fine and understandable for the vibes for other guests, but will be a challenge for those who want to take a nap there)
Overall, I truly did enjoy my time and would also highly recommend this experience!
