The Noosa River system is unique as its entire upper catchment is protected in National Park. Throughout the afternoon cruise take the opportunity to observe and photograph the spectacular mirrored waterways and unique eco system.
Australia’s Everglades are found in the Northern end of the Noosa River system, perched within the sand dunes of the Cooloola National Park. An untouched, pristine wilderness area awaits you….
Pure freshwater pulses out of the Cooloola Sandmass and filters through the tea tree infused ecosystem into this unique river system - creating the most spectacular reflections you will ever see.
Enjoy a complimentary glass of “Beer OR Bubbles” whilst gliding down the reflective waterways of Australia’s Everglades. Watch the stunning colour changes as the sun sets slowly over this magnificent wilderness area before returning to Habitat Noosa Everglades Eco Camp.

Unique and enjoyable on a sunny day. My feet got wet, I got cold, wet and earache from the wind crossing the lake. Be prepared. The seats are hard, get up ocassionally. Very little wildlife.

Spent a very rainy afternoon on this cruise. Once we cruised off the tidal lake into the Everglades a peaceful oasis awaited us. I would have liked commentary to focus more detail on the flora and fauna. Whilst boat has a roof there is some exposure to elements so sensible shoes and rain jacket worthwhile.

I loved the commentary and the guide seemed to be a good and honest bloke. The ride through the Noosa Everglades was interesting and peaceful.

A delightful afternoon on the water crossing Lake Cootharaba then entering the river channels and smaller lakes to explore the rapidly changing environments. In the sheltered waters the reflections were amazing. The boatman/guide was informative and amusing. The cold drinks, including one of the beers from Habitat Noosa's microbrewery, were welcome and refreshing on a warm sunny afternoon. Serenity indeed.

Really enjoyed our tour of the everglades. Such a lovely relaxing way to spend an afternoon. We really enjoyed listening to Legend's (AKA Peter) stories about growing up in the area. Fab!

This cruise is beautiful! Serene is an appropriate adjective. Great value for money. Bring a camera to capture the stunning mirrored images.

The boat ride was nice, but disappointed with the commentary provided. Not much information provided.
