Excellent visit to the Vatican: museums, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica with Carolina's guide. Very professional, taking the time necessary to explain and tell curiosities. It was very interesting and with a calm pace in that sea of people. Small group, highly recommended.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Easy to book and well organised. Roberta was our guide and her knowledge, experience and, above all, passion for the artwork at the sites was the highlight. We felt like we were following a TV documentary around the Vatican. Thanks for a great experience.

Price quality ratio was bad. Not good at all rushing trough the vatican musea without much interaction with us. I guess it had not made any difference if we booked a non-semi private tour that cost way less.

We bought the tour on gray line web site. We recived the voucher, in the voucher there we the phone and e-mail from gray line rome for us to give the adress for pick up. We called and the gray line rome Said they could not delivery the service because they dont considere valid the voucher. We callled gray line, they were closet, even thow it was 11am in rome.
The gray line Roma asked for my credit card number by e-mail. And Said they World not provide the service.
And that was it.
I want my money back, and i want a trip with my Kids to See the Vaticano. We are católics and we are in rome for the vaticano, we bought this trip, hoping to See the vaticano, and it was a completely desastre.
We came all the Way from Brasil, and got to See nothing

We had an amazing tour it took about 3 hours lots of walking so wear comfortable shoes . It was worth every cent to be able to skip the line everywhere and have all of the information about each place we were looking at . Would highly recommend
