My family of three (one 8-year old boy) had an incredible experience with this skip-the-line Colosseum and Forum tour. Our guide, Donato, focused his attention and level of detail on the 10, 8, and 7-year old kids in our group of two families. He succeeded in making the 3-hour tour enjoyable for the entire group. It ended up being a better and more educational tour than what I experienced 15-years ago; a tour that was organized for a more mature audience. Donato had appropriate displays and games for the kids that kept them engaged. He also ensured we were all comfortable with appropriate bathroom breaks. The level of effort was not too much for the shorter legs in our group. He expertly maneuvered us all through the ticketing and security queues, so that no time was wasted. I highly recommend this experience if you want your child to learn something while negotiating an over-taxed tourist site.

Donato was very friendly and fun. He had a lot of great resources to keep the children (and adults) entertained. Very knowledgeable about the history of the colosseum and forum, and great explanations all round.

Francesco was very engaging. Even with 12 people in the group, he managed to capture everyone's attention, and even the children came away with lots of new knowledge and interesting stories to tell

We had a fantastic tour with Donato. He was brilliant with our children and kept them so interested. His knowledge was incredible- we didn’t find a question that he couldn’t answer! His local knowledge ensured we didn’t have to queue and he knew the best spots for photo opportunities. I can’t recommend him enough, the best tour guide we have ever had!

Felt very rushed, didn’t use the full time, and all the kids were completely zoned out. We spent a lot of money (over $100 per person) and it definitely wasn’t worth the money.

Alessandra was delightful and such a knowledgeable guide. We took the tour with our 4 year old and another family who had 6 year old twins. Alessandra engaged the kids and made the experience fun and game-like for them, all the while answering all the questions from parents and kids alike. Thank you for a great tour!

Claudia did a fantastic job weaving together an interesting dialogue on life back at the time of gladiators that kept the attention of an all ages audience. She deftly wove us through the line-ups, entertained and involved the kids in a gladiator trial and overall provided a top notch experience. Well worth it!
