Food was present nice, but nothing special. Waited waaaaaay too long for drinks and food. I’m from NYC. No comparison to be honest. But i dont visit NYC tourist traps to be fair.

Unfortunately this was our worst experience dining and sight seeing in Paris. We well understood the concept of the ticket (dine then cruise), however the ticket does not give you express entry onto the cruise and you are expected to wait 30+ minutes to enter the cruise once finished your meal.
When we entered for dining, we were seated immediately however we then watched as table after table were served, and we waited over 60 minutes to even get our water! We were able to order after asking several times over the first hour of being seated for someone to please take our order and to get water at the table. When we were served our main, our cutlery was not replaced until we asked for new knives and forks.
We ultimately decided to skip the cruise as we didn’t feel like being jammed in like sardines after standing for 30 minutes in line even though we had the tickets pre booked with our meal, was a very disappointing experience and won’t be recommending to anyone.
Also noticed that they split the restaurant into cruise booked seating and normal restaurant seating where anyone who had prepaid for the cruise and dinner was all but ignored. Lots of unhappy faces and gestures around, and had we not already pre paid we would have gladly left to go literally anywhere else.

The meal was great, service was good and a great view. However when it came to the cruise, the workers were telling different people different times and no one was around to get a clear answer. It was fine queueing but a bit of communication would have been nice so we didn’t stand for 2 hours being told it would be one time and then 40 minutes later still not on the cruise and not knowing why.

Not the most memorable service, directions to the place where wrong as it lead us too the second oart of the tour which ment we have to wait 35mins after the booking was set to start. Upon the booking no information was set out to explain that th3 first part was a walking tour as it was only imaged and titled as a gondula ride which in turn ment we were standing around for just under an hour in total as we arrived at the booking early. This was added with the run around in which members of the team gave differenr information in which to where we had to stand and wait for the next tour to come in.

The river cruise experience was excellent especially at night. The food was nice but we would recommend that you double check what your drink entitlement is. The waiter told our table that we could have cocktails if we paid a 4 euro supplement. Had we known that we would have to pay the full price we would have stuck with the wine or beer that we could have had within the package deal. When we queried the bill, the waiter argued that he'd not said anything about the 4 euro supplement. Also we asked for a 2nd bottle of tap water & were not told that there was a charge for the 2nd bottle of tap water.

The information provided didn’t match the actual experience. The information regarding the cruise was totally wrong and we had to miss the cruise as we needed to catch a connections later in the evening. Also every time we asked a question we received different answers. The information stated the cruise was an hour, actually one hour 20 minutes. Not all day you could only go after your meal and we were told every half an hour but this wasn’t the case.

The offer is exactly what it says but we were surprised to see how nice the restaurant location is. You're basically sitting under the Eiffel tower. The food options were great but may not be the best for picky eaters.
As for the cruise, it was a lovely and informative trip up and down with many languages for the audio guide available.
Would very much recommend but keep in mind, the time you book is the time for the restaurant, from there they will give you the cruise ticket which you can use at any point till closing that day.
