• There is no weight limit, but if if your weight is over 100kg (220 lb) please contact with us before the booking day
• Share accommodation address for pick up, phone number and email. The pickups are in Madrid Center, outside this range the meeting point must be agreed.
• The pickups are organized in City center
• Depending on the calendar season the pickup schedules are organized (Winter 07:00 / Summer 06:00).
• Please provide contact number, email and accommodation address to organize the pickups schedules.
• The previous afternoon between 4:00p.m. / 5:00p.m., will be shared via email the pick-up agenda, with pickup location and contact details of the driver who will carry out in transport
• There is a minimum of people required to operate the tour. In the event that this minimum is not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund.
• Tour may be affected due to special circumstances

The hot air balloon ride over Segovia was the most breathtaking experience!! It is an absolute must. The views from above were spectacular, the crew was so friendly, efficient and we enjoyed them! I would highly recommend taking time to do this experience!!

Early mornings are not my thing, but going on a hot air balloon ride made the early morning totally worth it. It was cold, sunny, and beautiful out, and the balloon crew worked efficiently to get set up and load us all into the basket. Segovia is a beautiful, picturesque town and from the air it truly is breathtaking. The balloon ride was so serene, and I didn’t want it to end. After a smooth landing we were served champagne and snacks and diplomas for our accomplishment! Wonderful friendly crew and if you are ever in Madrid make sure you do this tour!

The entire experience was amazing. From the shuttle ride to the entire balloon experience. The guide explained all the details on what we saw and really showed some amazing sites. Would highly recommend!!!

Surprised me. I'm afraid of heights, but I face my fears and I had to ride a hot air balloon. I thought it was shaking, rubbing... but it was the most incredible ride I've ever done in my life, it practically doesn't move in the air, it's still, the flight is super smooth. I highly recommend it!

Our driver that picked us up ran in the ditch w/the van when coming to get us from the hot air balloon ride. He called a tow truck, it took forever to get van out of ditch. At end of hot air balloon ride we were expected to help pack up the balloon. We paid a lot of money for this hot air balloon ride & should not have to help pack it up. Our driver had a hard time finding our hotel on the way back. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The most memorable part was the scenery, just a beautiful place. I was very frightening to go up but after going up it was such a smooth ride up and down.
