Wonderful experience with IBE tours! Rocio our tour guide was excellent, and she was also entertaining inserting humor, and fact with the history she shared with us. It's a whole day event but definitely worth it! I recommend this tour! Thank you Rocio and Valentine! (our driver,hehe)

Worth spending whole day to visit both cities. Leaving at 7:30 will get you in Segovia before getting crowded with just enough time to visit this small town. The real gem is Toledo with amazing views and impressive cathedral. Great job from our tour guide Rocio, highly recommend. We had separate guides for English and Spanish in both cities, which was perfect.

A bit longer drive than expected but these historical towns are worth it. Recommend getting a tour that leaves Madrid by 7:30am like this one, you avoid some of the tour crowds as you'll be the first ones in Sergovia. The cathedral in Toledo is unbelievable, a must see with the guide - worth the cost

My wife became ill the night before the tour. I contact the tour company the morning of the schedule trip and devise of the situation and asked if we could rebook the tour. I was not asking for a refund just want to rebook the tour for another day. The tour company would not honor my request and told me I would have to rebook and pay again for the tour. It’s not as if the tour company was going to Lose any revenue by allowing us to rebook. I strongly recommend that if you are looking for a tour on viator that you make sure not to use this particular your company.

Our guide was wonderful and spoke good English. We had about 40 people on our tour to both cities. They broke our groups into Spanish and English groups which made for a great experience. Our guide tried to get ahead of schedule to allow us more time for lunch in Toledo. We ended having an hour and 15 mins for lunch and found a wonderful restaurant to enjoy lunch. Both cities were beautiful and the tour was very organized. Going to Segovia first was a benefit since the crowds arrive about the time we left for Toledo. Overall, a 12 hour tour was long but we all felt it flew by due to all the sites and views.
