Two beautiful cities in one day. Plenty of free time to explore on your own. Guide gave enough info in each spot. It is a long day though, and the group is up to 30 people, so be prepared for that.

The tour was great! Rocio our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made our experience enjoyable. The cities of Segovia and Toledo are beautiful.

The places toured were incredible, and Rocio did a great job explaining everything. What makes this tour company stand out though was no high-pressure sales stops- not even dumping you in a poor quality restaurant like other tours do. We spent all of our time seeing the cities instead of hearing sales pitches and you had to ask for restaurant recommendations. I just wish this tour company was in more cities worldwide.

We took this tour on December 23, 2023. Great experience overall. Our guide was knowledgeable and had excellent English. We decided to take this trip with Segovia and Toledo only. We looked at the trip that included Avila but decided based on the reviews that trying to do Avila with Toledo and Segovia would be too much. Segovia and Toledo are must visit cities if you are staying in Madrid. We are so glad we went to both of these ancient cities curing our trip. It is a long day but well worth it!

Rocio, Patricia and Ana were excellent and the experience was very good. My only observation would be that for a senior client which was my companion they were moving too fast and would start giving information before the person arrives. Nevertheless, they were good tour guides

Me being from Morocco, I asked the tour guide to elaborate more about the Andalusian part of the Spanish history and architecture. And ojalla, he was very knowledgeable and informative about the mudéjar art and the Morisco period. Other than that he was very pleasant, courteous and professional. Definitely an asset

This was an awesome trip led by Rocio. We were able to see the Alcazar in Segovia and the Catedral in Toledo - and so much more! As a historian, Rocio did an excellent job of narrating a memorable experience. Rocio shared her love of history with our group! So glad she recommended the ponche. Carlos was an amazing driver on IBE's luxury bus.
Again, the almost 12-hour tour was excellent, and I would highly recommend to any other traveler.

Professionally organized trip, knowledgeable guide, safe driver.
The only thing that was really not a problem with the company was that the bus stop in Toledo had no amenities and barely any benches for the people to wait for the bus after spending all day walking around.

Well organised trip, with great staff. Comfortable bus, with our driver Jesus very competent and safe. Rioco was a very entertaining guide with a quirky sense of humour, and kept us all informed. The tour of Segovia was fantastic, a great insight into the history and importance of the town and the influences that led to the development of the buildings. Be warned, though - Segovia is much colder than Madrid, so bring warm clothes and a scarf if it’s not summer. It was also great that we got to Segovia early, because it was quite crowded by the time we left for Toledo - and this was the off-season.
Toledo was another well organised experience. We got to take pictures of the town from across the valley before arriving - you can see easily how the town was named. Walk a little way away from the main Plaza to find lunch - much cheaper and more authentic - and the shops are a bit different - lots of replica weapons, given Toledo’s steel history. The walking tour was informative, focused on the Cathedral and the religious influences of the town. The Cathedral is well worth the visit, even if you’re not into seeing yet another religious site. It’s enormous, has some wonderful paintings and the Monstrance is a must-see.

Amanda de guide and Miguel the driver were great. Both of the Spanish guides in Segovia and Toledo were very knowledgeable. It was the perfect amount of time to see both cities.
