It was so nice there, so much to see and took loads of pictures. I love how involved you can get and it’s so nice that the staff really care about everyone having a good time

My daughters and I enjoyed our trip to London Aquarium. Great overall experience, with a wide range of sea life to see. In particular staff (Kit) provided excellent information about the sea life and my daughters (13 and 16) were very impressed by Kit.

We really enjoyed this attraction. Our little granddaughter was enthralled as she loves sharks and rays. We thought it was well worth the money, there was plenty to see and read and it was very clean. Obviously it was very busy particularly with school groups but we managed to see everything. Staff here were helpful too. This place is situated in a very busy tourist area which we didn't realise. Plenty of taxis nearby. We pre-booked a 10.30 entrance and had the place largely to ourselves for a while.

Sorry but defiantly not worth the money. My granddaughter really wanted to visit here we were literally in and out within forty minutes. Rock pools were closed apart from one letting us stroke empty egg sacks which a four year wasn’t that interested in. Thought it was complete waste of money been in much better aquariums around the Uk.

Mixed review. It is extremely cramped.. a lot of people there and it’s not very wide. My son ended up having a meltdown because it was so busy and so loud. It’s great, especially when you get to the penguin area but only if you manage to see them through the narrow walkway. Just a tip don’t take a pram.

not worth for the money, the place is smelly and the windows are not clean, I regret going there with my mom, instead I would have spent the money for something valuable. the aquarium place requires a renovation otherwise its not what you expect

Won’t be returning in a hurry. Had tickets booked for 12:15. We joined a very large queue in the rain at 12:10. When a very rude employee told us we could not queue because the queue was for people with 12:00 tickets. She advised the time on the ticket is your queuing time. This is nowhere on the ticket and sounded like bs. We then asked a reasonable employee who said we could queue. We queued for 10-15 in the pouring rain before eventually getting in. The aquarium itself was very average. There were buggies everywhere so you could barely get through. And the displays were average and felt somewhat cruel especially the tiny penguin enclosure. We made our way through pretty quickly. Probably wouldn’t recommend but it wasn’t an awful experience.

Went as a family with our 3 year old grandaughter - we all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Beautifully presented and amazing to see such fabulous creatures close up. The sharks were huge and so impressive but felt a bit conflicted about them being confined to tanks. Aquarium was busy but not unbearable - we went off peak with 2 for 1 national rail tickets offer. Beware the gift shop on the way out!
