The day started out rainy and foggy, so George the guide and the company switched the stops arounds, making Mt Fuji last in hopes the day would clear up. It did and we were able to get fantastic views of the mountain. Everything was well arranged and instructions to the group were clear.

It was a great day, starting early we jumped on the bus where the guide told us about what the day will include and the sights we would see. The guide had fantastic and knowledgable and provided great historical context to the tour. We also had fantastic weather and were able to see mount Fuji in all its glory.

Firstly the weather was really bad so mt fuji wasnt visible which i suppose isnt the fault of the tour organizers. However, please tell me why as my friend and i were sleeping in the bus the guide wakes us up to go on about some ‘gift’ that costs 1000 yen? Then he kept waking us up for the lunch option (which we didnt choose on purpose). It was quite annoying along with the fact that he probably had eaten quite a lot of garlic which had an unpleasant smell. The entire bus smelled horrible, and somehow instead of airing it out while we were on our stops they entirely closed it. Also, we asked for an english guide but he couldnt speak english and we did not understand a single word. Honestly, it was really disappointing. If i was able to speak Chinese i would have understood the tour and the explanations but unfortunately i do not. Additionally, the time you get on each stop is quite little which in this case was fortunate as it was raining non stop. All in all, i dont recommend.

Enjoyed everything and the bus ride .we were given enough time to walk around the lake and the tour guide was very good Loved sight seeing

Guide didn’t speak English (even though we booked English tour) and we barely understood anything the whole trip. Stops were very short and feel they didn’t allocate enough time to spend, especially the Pagoda given it is a long hike up the mountain as well.

Michiko (apologies if the spelling is incorrect!) was a fantastic guide. She was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. She also provided great insights into life in Japan. The tour was well planned and provided ample time at each location. We also scored an amazing day to see Mt Fuji at her best!

Good experience to view some popular Mt Fuji spots, a bit pricey but transportation and guide George were really professional and overall went very well.
