Mt Fuji is beautiful; but to get the bus to get there was challenging. There was nobody standing and showing any indication to show which one is the right bus.

The English guide did not give enough explanations ! She did not even say we arrived at Lake Kawaguchiko, we discovered while reading the lake sign by ourselves. Her comments were trivial about flowers, fruits, cheesecakes, bad weather, toilets direction... she talked a lot with the Chinese translator during the bus trip and laughed together while she was supposed to comment the history, culture, etc. of the places we visited !
Poorly rated for both guides English and Chinese.

We had a great time at this tour. We went in December with my parents and had a great view of the mountain. Our tour guide had great English and enthusiasm. The bus was nice and decent sized. Lunch was a little scattered and confusing but overall pretty good. I would bring snacks and water with you on the bus. It is about 2 hours each way with 25-30 minute drives in between the stops. The first stop is a lot of uphill walking so make sure to wear comfy shoes. The views were beautiful and definitely hit all the spots. Definitely recommend this tour!

Great tour guide, nice bus, on time schedule, and we're lucky Mt Fuji is so clear (blue sky) so we can see the beautiful view of Mt Fuji.
