The local always wants you to buy a lot of stuff that you don’t need. They put things in your head expecting you gonna buy it. When you don’t, they make you feel bad about it. When it’s not things, it’s pictures. Never be able to enjoy the moment.

Saona island was really good, the boat ride was okay, could have been better with a bigger boat and less people. The entire snorkeling experience was the worst part of my trip to Punta Cana. They forced 40 people on a tiny boat that holds 20 people, they only brought 25 life jackets for 40 people, and only 16 goggles for 40 people. Granted, not all of them were going snorkeling, but many people didn't get a chance when they paid for snorkeling.

This is a good day out but organisation needs to be improved more, also local sellers hassle you a lot. Food was bit cold as we were expecting bbq on the beach. Although a great day out.

A pleasant relaxing day on the beautiful beaches at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff, easy communication through messaging with the company representatives during booking and check in procedures. A bit too crowded in the mini buses on the way to and from the boarding to the catamaran and speed boat, but I guess it would take longer if everyone would be picked up by a bus from different hotels.
It would be great to have more variety of drinks: they only offered Coke and rum:) :(

The catamaran ride to the island was nice.
The speed boat ride back? Not so much.
It’s not a higher end boat and no seat cushions to sit on and absorb the choppy water ride.
The island and lunch was nice but would never do it again coming back in that speed boat. All of rear ends and spines were sore. It was choppy waters that day and they really should have slowed down rather than have us coming out of our seats with nothing to hang on to to keep us down. The ride back was the only thing I did not like.

The island from the hotel to Soana. The entire Dominican Republic is beautiful and our tour guide was the best. Manuel made sure we knew everything going on in English and Spanish. He made sure we were good the whole time and that made our trip the most amazing.
Manuel deserves a raise because he works so hard to make sure people’s visit here is great!!

Just OK. The tour met their obligations but didn't exceed them. Our tour guide was managing two groups and disappeared for lengthy periods of time. Swimming in the "natural pool" consisted of standing in 3' of ocean water for 30 minutes. Just masks for the "snorkeling" activity. No snorkels since COVID apparently. They threw some food in the water and we swam among some fish. No coral to be seen. Lunch was OK with BBQ chicken and pork and some sides. Very much a party atmosphere at the beach and on the boat on the way back - not really our thing. Would not go again.
