Santorini not only boasts of breathtaking views but produces a range of wines from 40 different indigenous grape varieties (though not all are cultivated). Famous for its Assyrtiko wine, the production process is rooted in the traditions of the island, with each winery offering a rich and storied history as well as a tasting experience.
This tour takes you on a journey through the island that pairs picturesque views with exceptional quality wines. Wine cultivation on Santorini began with the Venetian occupation of the island; the Venetians adeptly understood that the mineral-rich volcanic soil of the island would yield the finest wines. You will tour 3 uniquely distinct wineries; we will travel across the island to experience the breadth of what Santorini has to offer in wine-making.
Please note that depending on the availability of the wineries in the schedule one or more may change with Chatzidakis, Gavalas, Vassaltis and Karamolegos wineries.

Our driver was very punctual and got us to the wineries as describe. One winery was different than what we had booked but all 3 were amazing offering beautiful views and great service.

The guide Alex from Colombia was very knowledgeable about Santorini explained about how the vines grow differently to other places we didn't get to try enough of the wines from the 3 winerys for what we paid

Alex was our guide for this tour and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. He was so knowledgeable about Santorini - from the history to geology and everything in between - and we had a great time talking with him and learning about the local wines. Alex also joined us for every tasting and it was just nice conversing with him. Really appreciate the tour and for trying so many great wines together!

Great wine, views and guide! It was great. My husband and I were the only ones on the tour so was wonderful to have one to one time with someone who knew so much about the island.

Wonderful afternoon at three completely different wineries. Art Space was the most unique of the three. All gave very thorough talks in their production methods , history and the grape varieties of the region. Although the tour said it would end with sunset views , it didn't. Very interesting, a bit expensive
