Take part in a unique educational and cultural experience while in Santorini. Connect with the authentic Greek lifestyle by stepping onto an organic farm and learning about their harvesting processes. Enjoy a private guided tour of the facilities and taste some of their products.

Meet your guide and hike a few meters along picturesque cobblestone streets to reach the farm. Stroll through the first organic black currant vineyard in Santorini and walk among local varieties of herbs, such as prickly pear, capers and thyme. Depending on the time of year, you can even pick some and taste them.

Head over to a cave to learn about the stages of harvesting and production in the natural herb drying and cold pressed area. End your visit with a tasting of the rare Raisin Liqueur and of infused extra virgin olive oil paired with regional bites.

This tour was completely unexpected. Maria and her husband are completely passionate about what they do at their farm which is a completely unique and innovative type of cultivation. Our family learned so much! We felt their passion and they made us feel part of their family. On top of everything we got to see the beautiful Santorini sunset from the fields and were offered yummy organic and healthy snacks and drinks.

We had a wonderful time on our visit learning about the organically grown capers, prickly pear, currants and thyme. The plants are allowed to grown naturally not even requiring irrigation! A very magical place to go and learn about their unique and wonderful processes. They were very informative as well as warm and gracious hosts and we had a delightful time at their beautiful farm!
