A great day out! Anna was very knowledgable and gave us lots of information about the Volcano. Views on way up were stunning.
Dip into hot springs was refreshing and fun after steep climb earlier although you have to be a strong swimmer as requires jump into sea from boat and swim to bay. (Some folk remained on board). During free time in Thirassia we decided to dine by the waterside in Captain John restaurant which was delicious, before returning to boat for sweeping view of the Caldera from the water. We felt the trip was excellent value for money.

Wonderful day on the water and hiking! Well worth the price, guides were fantastic, speaking in multiple languages and offering history and humor. Hike is moderately strenuous, wear good shoes! Definitely go in the sea and swim to hot spring, not very far but use their swim noodle if you are not a good swimmer. This is a highlight of the tour. At Thirassia, We lunched on an edge restaurant, Capt. Jack’s ,and were pleased. Swam again on the edge but briefly. Some climbed the many stairs to Manolas town but we did not, having done Amudi bay stairs the night before. They said not interesting enough to go. The rest of the boat cruise back gave full circle views of the Caldera edge of Santorini, like a day of sailing, windy but not terribly cold. We fully enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this trip. It calls itself 1/2 day but really a full day with the bus ride from/to our hotel. 🤩

Bought these tickets for my elderly family, 7 individuals, above 65+, and they loved their experience especially the hike atop the volcano and dancing on the boat. The crew members were amazing and very helpful.

Anna was informative and passionate. The trip was a good balance of history, beauty and fun. I didn't do the hot springs, some said it was too cold in the 5mins swim from the boat to the hot springs when the air temp was 20 deg c. It warms up by about 4 deg c in the thermal spring so was not hot, although that is expected in early May.

The trip was amazing, Speeros our tour guide was great, very helpful and kind, making sure everyone was on the the correct bus to go home. My only issue is that it's advertised with cable cars but there isn't any and I was advised the description is very old, I was looking forward to going in them. Also it needs to advise people to wear trainers when walking around the volcano.

I will break this review into two parts, the experience and the boading.
Experience:
The boat was incredible nice and spacious, and was divided into two floors (upper deck completely in the sun and the lower deck which had shade). However, their was a French speaking boat and an english speaking boat and noticed the French speaking boat had more sun seating. I don't know if they rotate the boats but figured I would call that out. The first stop was at the Volcano were we hiked up which offered beautiful views. The path was a bit rocky and was steep at times so I suggest bringing a good pair a walking shoes (we did it in sneakers). This stop took about an 60-90 minutes start to stop. After we went to the Hot Springs for a quick swim which was amazing! You have to swim about 30 meters but they give you a floaty so the swim isn't daunting just cold till you reach the hot spring. This stop was for about 30-60 minutes. Lastly we made the final stop in Thirassia, which was lack luster. We were there for about 2 hours. However, the town is at the top of the hill and our tour guide advised to skip it cause it would take 30 minutes to get up and then another 30 minutes to come back down meaning there would be no time to eat up there. There are a couple of restaurants at the port where we had lunch, however my fiancee and I both agreed we had foregone lunch instead to hike up the hill cause after we ate for hour there was nothing to do there but sit and look at the water. We got back on the boat were they took us on scenic route by the cliffs which were stunning. Our tour guide was great, very funny and provided us with a lot of information!
Boardingg:
This was our only compliant about this tour. We arranged for pickup to drive us to the port, however had we not contacted the company the day before we would not have known our pickup was a full hour before we thought it was it says start time was 9:45 am, without any more detail we reached out were they were very pleasant and told us our pickup was actually at 8:45 am. Pickup was smooth and easy, however once we got to the port we sat around for 30-45 minutes while we waited for the boats turn at the dock. Once they did arrive the tour guides asked us to get into two lines (one french speaking and the other english speaking). The tour guide told the French speaking line to follow them, and lead them to their boat but didn't signal our line. Then we watched a whole other group of english speakers board the other boat, still without signaling our line. Once all of those customers boarded, we still hadn't received a signal, someone from our line went over to ask at which point it was clear they hadn't forgotten us and we boarded.
At the end of cruise, we arrive back at the dock and trying to the find the right bus/van to get on for transport back was utter chaos with what felt like no organization. Our tour guides were great in trying to help, but the transport drivers were less friendly and helpful. It was extremely stressful not knowing if were getting on the right bus.
Overall:
The Cruise was great and I would recommend. Bring snacks to eat and skip lunch in the Thirassia port opting for the hike to the town instead. If swimming in Hot Springs were a dark bathing suit as the Sulfur in the water can change your suit color. Just be prepared for the chaos of boarding and offboarding.
