The tour was originally planned for the evening/night (2:00 pm - 1:00 am). Due to the fact that it was Autumn and it had snowed the previous day, they changed it to a day trip (6:00 am - 5:00 pm). The change of time caught us a bit off guard, but they offered to pick up at hotel instead of at the meeting point downtown.
Other than that, let me say that the experience was truly amazing. The agency was very professional and kind, and the trip to the Andes and taking a bath in the hot springs was the highlight of the trip. I would totally recommend it to anyone. It is also true that the weather was amazing that day (no wind and no clouds), which made it even more enjoyable. Do not leave Santiago without going on this trip!!!

This trip to the hot springs was the highlight of our whole stay in Santiago. Sebastian picked us up early in the morning and we headed out to the mountains. Sebastian was a great guide and a great driver in the snow! The breakfast and BBQ were delicious. We even stopped off at the Chocolate House. The snow made the day even more memorable. The hot springs are high into the Andes Mountains and this is an experience not to be missed. Put this tour on your bucket list. Excellent from start to finish.

It was a nice day but I felt it was mis-sold, and extremely overpriced for what it was. We paid £200 each, thinking we were going to spend a full day in the Andes, and were most excited for the star gazing, as it was a unique experience. However, we got a message before with the pick up and drop off times of 6am and 5pm, and didn’t realise why this didn’t include star gazing (it wasn’t until we were on the trip when we heard our guide mention to others on the group they did two tours in a day, that we realised there must have been a separate option for star gazing. When we booked our trip- months in advance - there was only one option, so I wished it had been a little clearer). The day trip was nice, but overall, for what we got - which was a basic buffet breakfast, one hour at a thermal pool, 15 mins at a waterfall, and a really great BBQ lunch with lots of delicious food and drink - the price felt very expensive.
The other thing is that we didn’t bring water with us on the trip because the description on-site “just ask for water - we have plenty!”. There was no bottles of water on the bus, and from being picked up at 6am, only did we get water at 2pm, despite lots of us asking. It would have been good to have stopped off to buy water if needed.

The day was not the best but they told us everything we needed to prepare. We had a great time with lovelies views. The bbq and drinks were delicious.

Axel, was amazing, great attitude and on time to pick the group up in the morning
He was very attentive to our needs of the group. The tour was great, I loved every part of it, I had e to appreciate Jeep on your because I was suppose to go on a Wednesday but due to weather it wasn’t feasible. However, I was able to rebook for that Friday. I had such a wonderful amazing experience. If you going to Santiago, Chile. Definitely book a tour with Jeep on tour. It was great from the transportation, to the food and drinks. Even at the last we were able to visit the house of chocolates and before that takes lots of pictures cascades. Wonderful experience

Axel, our guide, is very friendly and attentive. The tour covers several spots in the volcano region outside Santiago.
I think the hot spring is quite enjoyable (but don’t compare with those in Japan though). The tour concludes with a delicious BBQ dinner on a patio in the mountain - it was a bit chilly on my night but the ambience was amazing. The mountain view and starry sky are simply spectacular.

Best experience we had in Chile! Axel was very attentive, he was our driver throughout the journey, we had time to see and take photos of all the points. At the end we had a barbecue under the light of the stars, magnificent! A special thanks also goes to the people who organized the barbecue and to our photographer (we're still waiting for the photos...hehe). We highly recommend this tour.

One of the best trips you can take in Santiago. The views are some of the best in the country and then some. Axel is a very intelligent tour guides that you can use while in Chile. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The meal was a very pleasant offering of Chilean local food that was cooked to perfection. Go ahead and book the trip it’s worth every penny.
