We did not have the tickets sent via email so we had to wait a lot until we got these. The agency sent us the tickets at the end via whatsapp.
Also, the instructions where to go at the stadium were incorrect, not taking into consideration the ongoing reconstruction of the stadium. We ended up making circles around the stadium.

Got the tickets on WhatsApp post payment confirmation.
It was a self guided tour of the museum, panoramic view point of the stadium & the official Real Madrid Shop.
Nice and easy.
The boys loved it.

The museum was pretty cool especially if you are a fan. The whole experience was a little underwhelming compared to other stadium tours we have done. They could include a visit to locker room, being able to go down to field, etc

Terrible they didn’t send me actual tickets for entry I have to call them and send me entry ticket I have to wait infront of gate. That’s made me very annoying!

Waste of money, the stadium is under renovation, so you pay for the ticket to see the museum and a construction site. But spending 44 euros for an adult and a child to see a dressmaker seems excessive to me. A robbery. Never again
