Great sail! Nice evening on the water. We were having so much fun we realized the next day that we were never told where the life jackets were or how to use the "head." We sail a lot and that is one thing that always shared up front. Just an observation. The pictures we got were amazing!

Nothing beats sailing for a relaxing and refreshing wrap to the day. Captain was friendly and informative, offered tasty rum and cokes after we got underway. Lovely to come back into the harbor after sunset and see the city lights. Perfect!

The instructions of where for meet the ship captain was not clear. Directions say to meet at the gate. There are multiple gate areas and we were originally told by the parking employee to wait in the wrong area. The sail itself was pretty and the captain was very nice but he did not prioritize the safety of the passengers. We informed the captain we had never sales before but were placed at the front of the ship on a lounge mat w/o life vest, proper handles or seatbelt for security. We encountered turbulent rocky waters and became very concerned for our safety. Know that if you are at the front of the sailboat, you are at risk compared to the back with interior bench seating. The front can become very rocky and unstable and they will only tell u to hold to the rope that is behind your head!

Last evening in PR and a great way to end the trip. Knowledge Captain and crew - gave historical information as we sailed along. Would definitely book again if we have a chance to go back.

This is really a rating of Viator not the boating companies.
We booked a boat tour of San Juan Harbor and then later discovery the sail boat tour of San Juan Harbor. We cancelled the boat tour and booked the sail boat tour. Apparently that change never occurred. We showed up for the tour and it was the boat tour. Unfortunately it was our last night in San Juan, so there was not time to contact Viator to correct the mistake. Nice tour but not what we wanted.
The record with Viator shows that the boat tour was cancelled and that the sail boat tour was completed. Apparently neither of those things happened. Next time we will double check or use a different booking company.
