CANCELLATION POLICY

I booked a Saturday cruise, the email confirmation clearly stated boarding time 7pm and departure time 7:30 pm. My wife and I arrived at 7pm exited to for this new experience to learn that the cruise had already departed. The attendant there stated boarding time was actually 6:30pm with a cruise time of 7pm. The attendant also stated we would be able to re schedule our cruise. I reached out to the operator and they refused to take accountability for the scheduling mistake they sent me, the operator refused to allow us to re schedule. I understand all cruise sales are non refundable, I was not asking for a refund. We just wanted to experience the dinner dance cruise, but was sent the wrong schedule and lost $400 because of a mistake that wasn’t even our own. This occurrence is not only unacceptable but disheartening that a business such as Viator can allow a mistake and refuse to take accountability for the mistake, as a result, the consumer suffers.

On a business trip. Dinner took too long to be served. Waited most of the trip for a small meal. The Brunch cruise is a better experience. Not worth it.

We booked the cruise as a surprise to my boyfriend for his birthday. We had an amazing time. The food was not amazing, but I Didn’t expect much from a prefixed menu. The drinks were great. The photographer, servers, bartender, and DJ were all amazing and attentive. I would definitely do this again for a special occasion.

Great food and music selection, they were able to work with an allergy which was nice. Beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz, we did go on a cloudy night but still worth it! Even with slightly rougher waters was smooth for dancing, would go again!

We talked to customer rep from chat before we booked the tickets regarding the wheelchair accessibility. The person said yes. We went there last night that there wasn’t an elevator to go outside to see the bay. The stairs were hard to climb. So my daughter was stuck inside of the dining area. She wanted to see the outside so badly. I think the company should specifically point out the handicap persons can’t go out because there is NO elevator.

Looking for something fun to do for the evening and found this Dinner Cruise. I would definitely recommend it. Plenty of food, good music and amazing views. The food was fantastic, the setting is right by the window for great views of Alcatraz, the beautiful lights from the city, Golden Gate Bridge and a bunch of other cool sites. My wife and I had a blast well worth the price.
