Marcus was our tour guide and drove us around to the best views, very cute breakfast spot, beautiful Salzburg (where we met knowledgeable Barbra) and back on time in Vienna by 19:40.

It poured down rain and was windy and extremely cold. Plus, my friend was pickpocketed for quite a bit of euros.
I did find the city charming and will go back when it is much warmer for a better perspective.

Great day trip to escape the city for a day and excellent tour operators. However, I would recommend one change. Markus was our driver. He was amazing, friendly, safe, timely and knowledgeable. We stopped at a very nice rest area for breakfast and coffee. The tour includes two stops at lake towns- which our family loved because we got to see more of Austria. The lake towns were lovely and we enjoyed learning their history. The only issue we had, was when we arrived to Salzburg. We felt a bit forced to take a walking tour with a guide. You get 3.5 hours in Salzburg. The walking tour is an hour, and the rest is free time. This should be given as an option in advance, to opt in and out of the walking tour.
Overall this is a fantastic option for anyone who only has a day to explore Salzburg.
We were picked up and dropped off safely at our hotel in a comfortable, clean and new van.

The driver, Marco, and the guide, David, were so informative and made this trip easy and enjoyable.
We loved the markets in Salzburg as much as, if not more than Vienna.
Would highly recommend this tour!

FERNANDO was our chauffeur and tour guide.

He was on time in a clean and comfortable vehicle. Very friendly and accommodating.
Went out of his way to ensure that his guests were looked after in all possible ways. Very family friendly. He was also quite knowledgeable about Vienna and its surroundings, including history. Even in bad weather, with neck to neck traffic, he was not only driving safe, but maintained his cool and pleasant demeanour.

Our family was extremely happy and we highly recommend FERNANDO and his tour company.

The 2 stops prior to Salzburg. Wished that we could have had 1 hour here.Was not pleaded with guide tour in Salzburg. And to stop at a nicer place on way back to Vienna.

We njoyed that our tour guide Marco was very pleasant and gave us information throughout the journey...In Salzburg our guide Pablo was a thoroughly entertaining guide..he was amused us with local anecdotes and was energetic....overall a very nice experience
