Very interesting reasonable value for money, driver was very good and even waited when we were late
The guide spoke English but was difficult to understand and also difficult to hear so we lost quite a lot of information

Pick-up from our hotel, the driver confirmed address and time the day before. He was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly even offering to drop us elsewhere on the return journey.
Visiting the Salt Mine itself was unbelievable, I had seen photos beforehand but to see it in person was awe-inspiring.
A great trip made so much easier with the provided transport. Thank you.

Great morning seeing the lovely salt mines - picked up from hotel on time, a couple more pick ups, and take straight there. Tickets and timings explained and we were taken in a larger group through the mines. Amazing German, Physics teacher was our guide who was so fun and knowledgable and clearly enjoyed his part time job!! Perfect end to a wonderful few days in Krakow

Our Driver David was brilliant gave us lots of other recommendations for places for the best local food as well as getting us to and from the salt mines

From the outset our driver Arthur was punctual, friendly and helpful. The overall experience was amazing. Our Guide nicholai was very knowledgable and funny. His passion for tge salt mines was transferred to us as visitors. He did a great job. I would recommend this tour to everyone.
