Incredible tour with Salkantay, everything was so much fun and really well organised. Every little detail was taken care of. Our guides (Javier and George) were fantastic - very helpful when the trek got more challenging and hilarious the rest of the time!

Everything is completely taken care of for you, the meals are amazing, the accomodation was great and the tour guides were wonderful. A real highlight of our entire 3 month trip. Thank you so much to George and Javier - das ones the best ones. Definitely glad we booked with Salkantay

Brilliant 5 days. Salkantay trekking were extremely well organised from the start and all the way through. Guides Javier and George were great, funny and knowledgeable. The trek was physically demanding but they were great at giving us breaks when we needed them and motivating us. The food was delicious and there was lots of it!

I had a wonderful experience. The group I was with was amazing. The guides George and Javier were very knowledgeable, helpful, competent and ready to answer every of our needs. The food was delicious and we never lacked of anything. The price is justified yet it could also include the first breakfast and last lunch as well as the sleeping bags and walking poles.
I highly recommend this Salkantay Trekking for a fun, safe and memorable time in Peru.

What a five days! I couldn’t recommend this adventure more. The whole adventure ran like a well oiled machine, Our guides Eder and Jackson were knowledgeable and organised but most importantly they kept the energy high and positive right to the very end and were family by the end of the trip. Some of the days were tough but the food made by Eber and Moat each day kept us going and was delicious with plenty of it! We did have some days of heavy rain so it was a miracle when our luggage arrived totally dry thanks to Alberto. The accommodation was amazing, always clean and cosy with the sky domes being the real highlight. I was lucky enough to spend new year and my birthday on the trip and the team made it feel super special. A huge thank you to all involved! Top tip would be to rent the walking poles offered by Salkantay - I’d never used them before but were a game changer!

This was a fantastic experience, chicos! The hikes were challenging but rewarding, with breathtaking views and beautiful scenery along the way.
Before the trek, the communication and information from the company was excellent, and I felt very prepared in terms of knowing what to expect and what to pack.
Franz was our guide for the trek. He was incredibly knowledgeable and great at answering questions. He always helped made things fun and kept the group's spirits up, whether it was a joke or delivering coca tea in the morning! The best part was his genuine passion for the Inca history. It helped make the adventure feel personal and connected.
We were taken care of throughout the journey, with incredible food at every stop. Urbano the chef was incredible! I don't know he and his team managed to make such delicious meals in the middle of a remote forest.
I would highly recommend this trek to anyone considering it. It will be challenging but very, very worth it!
