It did the job! The pier is pretty, the views and bar offerings were meh. However, I'd still recommend because we met a lovely couple and once you get to Salem you can literally walk straight into the town. It was fast and efficient.

The ferry was very convenient. My only complaint is that on the day of the trip the weather was bad (raining & cold) and instead of being allowed to board the ferry which was docked and scheduled to depart at 4pm, customers had to wait in the rain & cold. It would have been a better experience to be able to board and wait on the ferry until departure. We arrived to the dock 20 minutes to 4pm & had to wait.

Sure shared a lot of Boston history
Service by the other staff was also helpful with beverages and getting me a map from upstairs

This was a great experience. The ferry was on time and very spacious. The on board narration was great! Fun way to get around. Highly recommend

The ferry was extremely convenient. It saved us the headache of parking so that we could enjoy Halloween on Salem. The ride was comfortable.

The ride was very nice. Lots of scenery. Our host was knowledgeable and entertaining. Arrival and departure times were as stated. Not overbooked. They even had a movie playing.
