Enjoy a day in America's oldest town, St Augustine.

On this day trip from Orlando, head northeast to the picturesque town, where you can wander the cobbled streets and enjoy a meal in one of the many promenade cafes.

St Augustine is a unique city filled with colonial Spanish neighborhoods, magnificent buildings and a wonderful, old-time charm. As the oldest continuously occupied European-established settlement in the USA it has lots of history. From the Castillo de San Marco, to the Fountain of Youth there is something for everyone.

Upgrade to add a scenic cruise, trolley tour or the Medieval Torture Museum to your visit.

If you select the option including the Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley than you can have a guided tour throughout the historic old town, and jump on an off as you wish.

The scenic boat tour option is a 1-hour boat ride with views from the waterways of the Bay of Matanzas!

At the Medieval Torture Museum you see first hand the. grueling history of mad men and tyrants!

Ishmael was a wonderful shuttle driver, he went above and beyond to make sure everyone on the trip enjoyed our day. The bus was comfortable and the ride was not too long. St. Augustine was fun to explore and the hop on hop off trolley was the perfect way to get around the city

We used Grayline for a day trip from Orlando International drive to St Augustine. Our guide was Kevin he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived safe and well in St Augustine and the day went smoothly. Heavy traffic on the way back, but we enjoyed the day and the service which was provided!

Kevin, the driver was a nice guy. He got us to and from our destination safely. I paid extra for “ a historic tour”. No one could tell me where it was. I called the main office and they were no help! They gave me an address that turned out to be a pub. I never got my tour!! Saint Augustine is a dump. Don’t go! What a waste of a day!!

The best part for me was the scenic cruise as we were lucky enough to see dolphins which was amazing ! It's a lovely place to go but it's a very long day. Lots of cute little shops and places to eat and drink. Then there is lots of history aswell.
So if that's your type of thing you would definitely enjoy.
I didn't get the time to do gator farm but that definitely sounds like it's worth visiting.
Thanks to Kevin our driver he was friendly throughout.

This was a great experience! Kevin, our driver, gave us an enjoyable ride from Orlando to St Augustine and gave very clear directions about where and when we needed to go to make our tour a success.
We ended up doing the historic tour of the colonial quarter, which was very cool-- we were on an interactive tour to see and hear about what life was like for the early European settlers. There was also a watchtower that gave us a great view of St Augustine from higher up.
The trolley was also a good deal. It makes stops at several points of interest around town, and you can hop on/hop off as you arrive at locations you want to experience up close.
I recommend the Villa Zorayda, which is a historic home/museum with a guided audio tour and very cool architecture.
The fort is also, of course, a must see. We definitely want to return to St Augustine and are likely to book this Grayline tour again when we do.

The ride to/from Saint Augustine was great. Our tour guide Kevin was wonderful!
The hop-on-hop off was good abut also had some concerns. The first trolly we were on was with Ron - the Rocket. He spoke very fast, very loud and I had concern when multiple times people were getting off/ on the trolley and he would ring the bell to start up. I didn’t want to get off the trolley at a few stops because of that. The second trolley we were on was with Davey Jones. He was excellent! He definitely spoke at a slower pace and took more time letting people on off.
The sites themselves were amazing !! Loved seeing the Fountain of Youth, the museums and Flagler College.
A little Cafe near the whiskey museum is Parfait ! We had a fabulous lunch there. It’s European food- French-Spanish-Portuguese
