We purchased the 3pm walking tour of the Sagrada familia. The email sent out stated to meet in front of the souvenir shop at 3pm. We arrived in our cab 4 minutes past 3pm and there were hundreds of people in front of the souvenir shop including many other tour groups with other tour companies. Most of the tour companies (ex Viking company) were clearly marked with signs stating the tour company name.
Unfortunately, our guide has no sign that stated viator tours We had no idea who our guide was or which group was ours. After attempting to call the local contact provided in the email, the phone line rang busy/or no connection. After asking the staff of the Sagrada familia for guidance to locate the viator tour, they basically said there was nothing they could do.
We ended up missing the tour which we had paid for.
Very very very disappointed. Would never use this company again!

If there was a negative rating for this I would give that. NEVER NEVER TAKE THIS TOUR! Very poor directions na extremely bad customer service with no responses to messages. Because of all this we missed our tour AND they did not even give us a refund.

Raul did an excellent job in giving us a tour through La Sagrada Familia! He was very thorough and informative. Never felt rushed even with the crowds and he answered all questions. One suggestion - when you sign up for a “small group” tour, we would have expected it to be 10-15, however, our group was 30.

The tour was excellent. Highly recommend it. The tour guide seemed knowledgeable about the history. The interior is beautiful if you happen to go when the sun is shining.

Absolutely a must do when visiting Barcelona. Purchase in advance to avoid disappointment. I didn’t post interior photos intentionally so I didn’t spoil the amazing experience. Choose a time when the sun is angled to come through the stained glass windows. Our 12:30 tour in May was perfect timing. It was spectacular.

Initially I was a bit anxious about recognising the guide as I didn’t know what logo they would carry but when I called the local provider their logo appeared on WhatsApp and the lady guide was already nearby with a pole and a little flag. She was very courteous and knowledgeable.
The whole monument doesn’t disappoint, it’s really amazing and it’s good to have a guide to make the visit effective. The whole tour lasted an hour (not 1.5).
