The travel guide was great but we waited for people who arrived late

Our guide Miguel was wonderful! His personality and his way to tell a story about the cathedral is great. The meeting site was easy to find.
It was very smooth entry into La Sagrada Familia. No waiting in long lines. The headsets were essential to hear our guide. We appreciated and learned a lot about La Sagrada Familia. Beautiful church. My daughter and I did the tower tour while my mom stayed in the main cathedral and shop. You do need to be able to do a lot of steps. But if you can, it is worth it.
Definitely want to return again and maybe go to Mass there.
I would definitely recommend taking this tour.

Viator is a scam! Arriving at the site, there was no place to exchange the “coupons “ for tickets. Such a disappointment for us. And a waste of money. Don’t use this scamming “service”!

The tour itself was very interesting and the guide knowledgeable. There was about a 30 minute delay due to the office not confirming tickets with the guide (not her fault) - hopefully a one-time problem but I would factor in an extra thirty minutes.

The tour went for less than 1 hour and we feel for the price it was not long enough. The outside of the Sagrada Familia was explained more in-depth than the inside. The inside had so much detail and wow factor but not a great deal was explained. We have been on many guided tours and this tour left us disappointed.
