We had bought tickets before leaving home, which we highly suggest doing. The church is beautiful but not worth spending 3 hours on this tour. It seemed that with the many tours scheduled that each group had specific times to begin and advance on the tour that only the guides knew about but it didn’t take long for us to figure this out. This made for a lot of unnecessary standing around and the guide seemed to have to think of things to tell us, making for at times a long boring story. At times very difficult to keep up to the group because of the number of tours and visitors not on tours. If you are wanting to go up the tower you can leave the tour before they go outside for the second time and before the gift shop, this will save you some time, which we wished we would have known. The climb down the narrow, dark winding staircase is difficult and lack of handrails in places make it unsafe. Nice to see but not worth 3 hours out of our day.

The place was amazing but it was raining so we were not given headsets which made it very difficult to hear the guide.

i twisted my ankle on my way to a train. i missed that train i contacted your company immediately notifying you almost an hour prior. i arrived late after limping my way all across barcelona to arrive, and they did not want to help me at all. the lady’s were very rude and they didn’t care about my explanation. “you late you missed it”

The tour was great, maybe a bit overpriced but I was happy to pay it because I didn’t get tickets before our trip and didn’t realize they’d sell out. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the Sagrada and architects, overall the tour was short and informative and we were able to wander around the church afterwards so even though the tour was short we didn’t feel rushed. The headsets were a bit crackly, but that’s not the fault of the tour company, keep that in mind if you’re hard of hearing.

Tour guide was mediocre at best and did not seem to have great knowledge about the cathedral. She also made some odd remarks about certain groups of tourists that were insensitive. Was not worth the money paid

David made the Sagrada Família come alive. Very good English. Overall excellent. This tour was a the highlight of a ten day trip for us. Thank you Amigo Tours for making it special.

La Sagrada Familia is filled with so much symbolism, it would be very difficult to find all the things our guide, David, showed us and explained to us. I am so thankful we had a guide!

We bought 4 adult tickets. Our son and daughter in law were at the meeting place early. They showed them the voucher to check in and Agata would not let them in. We were late and tried to meet them at the Entry B. The guide’s partner would not let us in even though their group were waiting in line. It was a scam to get money. This has left a very terrible mark on my mind for Barcelona and Amigo Tours!
