The guides Gabriel 1 & 2 were very friendly and made the experience even that more memorable. W were able to visit a primary school the children were so sweet. Making cigars, seeing how cocoa and coffee are made and had to opportunity to see an authentic Dominican country house it was beautiful. There were more we experienced on this trip I would recommend this trip well worth it with all the sites seen and the lovely guides

Guide was speaking only broken German, not all was explained fully in German.
No Safari bus like in the description, only a closed minibus.
Everything super fast, no real time to enjoy.
Market: one short stop, no time to look around or to buy something.
No Macao beach like in the description
Plantage really poor.
5 minutes stop at a public school; this was not part of the description
Wouldn’t book or recommend this.

Disappointment
It wasn't a safari jeep like in the photo, but a small mini bus.
The guide couldn't explain why.
But other jeeps drove there.
It didn't go as described.
Macao New Year only at the end, but suddenly only for a couple, even though we had booked it.
We were then driven back to the hotel.
The tour was supposed to be in German, but the guide only spoke very broken German.
A lot of things were lost as a result. A no-go if you've specifically visited German.
Almost walked through the market, there was no time to have a quick look around and buy something in peace.
Plantations were boring, it was more of a sales tour.
Don't do it.

Great tour guide and we were lucky to be part of a small group of just 6 people including us. Nice stops and try-out options and overall coop experience. Would definitely recommend doing the tour.

This tour was interesting and it was eye opening to see how the people of Punta Cana live. Our tour guide was not very fluent in English and I think the tour would have been much better if he could have been able to better answer our questions and would have been talking to us throughout the driving part of the tour

The excursion is mostly to visit village farm, small tobacco factory and local market. Interesting to see it and it’s very fast 5 hours — we didn’t lose too much time and we didn’t eat out of the hotel which is what we were searching for. It’s 2 times cheaper than the same that offered in the hotel. Everything was perfect! Recommend!

We had a tour guide (I forgot his name) and Bronly the driver, they both made the trip memorable. Bronly and the tour guide was attentive and shared an extensive knowledge of the culture, and kept us abreast of what to expect throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend doing this trip and experiencing both gentlemen. My kids enjoyed it!!! 10/10 experience
