In Cartagena there are some buses called chivas rumberas. You have probably noticed the bright, colorful buses painted blaring Latin music. It's full of people who seem to be having a great time. Chiva tours are emblematic of Cartagena and you really haven't visited Cartagena without getting on board and experiencing a Chiva rumbera. We didn’t go to any bars or clubs. Just drove around the city for two hours. I had to contact them several times to get information on pick up. Didn’t get the actual pick up time until an hour before the time they wanted to pick us up. Luckily, we were already dressed.

Tour operator never replied to our message to confirm time and place of pick up, we were not able to attend the tour and lost money paid for it.

Amazing trip! Spent our last night on this and I'm so happy I did! Got to see parts of cartagena that I've never seen and it was so much fun!!

The music was fun but we didnt know that Cartagena party buses dont actually take you to real bar stops. They dont even let you buy alcohol on the bus. They have the same vendors hustling on the streets selling you the same tired beer and cocktails from the street and they dont leave you alone. They reached thekr hands all in the bus touching us trying to get are attention! All the other party buses I have attended have given out free shots and take you to 2 or 3 bars. This took you to landmarks that were too dark to see at night and a park with homeless people.

This party bus was definitely a vibe! My only concern is the host/guide was not bilingual therefore, we based our actions on others.

Very entertaining, if you go with musicians upstairs much better! If you end up in the vaults it's a great time!! totally recommended.

Overall it was fun but I wish the music was more diverse but I understood that the dj was mostly playing music because of the crowd. Remember to buy your liquor/drinks before getting on the bus. The stops you make to buy the drinks will be much more
