We bought spa and brunch deal for Rudas Thermal Spa and Bistro. We had a wonderful relacing time in the spa. In the afternoon we went for our brunch. We were warmly welcomed by our waitress and was offered a good selection of 3 courses from the menu. The food was really good we both had goulash soup to start mmmmm!I had the chicken breast and Bacon salad. The chicken was moist and full of flavour. Other half had steak with honey & mustard potatoes. The steak was tender and cooked to his liking. The dessert was to die for the lemon pie was divine and the Hungary sessert of layers of songs apple and nuts was lovely. High recommend the service was fantastic and we had a lovely day.

Lovely relaxing day. We had premium and still could not get into some areas which was confusing but overall we could get into the majority. Food in bistro was okay. Baths were good but make sure to bring your own towels and flip flops as nothing provided.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was not expecting us when we arrived. There was a lot of confusion and frustration on both sides. I believe the problem is the Bistro is not being notified when someone books through TripAdvisor. The person there was lamenting that we had not emailed them directly after booking through TripAdvisor. However, the TripAdvisor email confirmation included language that our reservation has been accepted, and to only contact the bistro if you need to change or cancel the booking. I ended up having to email info@rudasbistro.hu with my confirmation number after I arrived, and that seemed to help. Ultimately we got sorted and they purchased our spa wristbands for us next door. If you are planning to do this experience, touch bases with the bistro before you go. They need to improve their database setup with TripAdvisor, but notifying them ahead of time will save you trouble in the meantime.
At the spa, I’d recommend you bring your own towel and footwear—the price gouging was exorbitant. The rooftop panorama pool was our favorite, and the historic steam bath is worth checking out as well.
The meal at the bistro is advertised as a brunch, but it’s definitely a lunch/dinner menu—just so you know! Good food for the price, and the views are great. Note you can’t start your meal until after noon.
This is a new TripAdvisor experience, and I think they may still be working out the kinks. I wish them the best as they hopefully refine the logistics!

The food and view in the restaurant is amazing and the service was excellent. Three very large courses ( you can skip a meal after eating here) and a wide selection to choose from. On arrival you are given your entrance ticket to the spa next door which includes the main pool, thermal bath area, sauna world and a locker. Don’t forget to bring your own towel as renting one is a rip-off. We also added on massages when we arrived at the spa. The spa itself is spacious and relaxing, the massages were magnificent if you enjoy deep tissue massages. We were in the spa as it became dark ( it stays open to 10pm), and it was beautiful to see the lights of the city twinkling from the thermal pools and poolside loungers. A very good value trip. I definitely recommend it.

Call and make a reservation before going. Go to the Bistro first to get the band for the Bath. The brunch wasn't that good (pre-set menu with not many options) and the drinks are not included. I wouldn't do this again.
