The guide was sick, coughing all the time. He was doing the explanation on Spanish and English so it was really difficult to catch up and you can barely hear what he was saying through the headphones. Wouldn’t recommend it at all!!!

We had an excellent guide who explained in detail the palace and its history. Our guide transmitted to us the sense of might of the Spanish Kingdom’s history.

this is a SCAM i always book through trip advisor but this company is doing some kind of scam so you stand infront of the palace20 min begore the meeting to discover ameeting point is diffrenet they dont mention it before and when you call before the trip time they tell you the tour already started and they refuse to send a ticket to enter the palace or to send you location to meet the group

Our tour guide was very professional & extremely knowledgeable. He made the tour interesting & he told some great anecdotes that made the tour memorable. The Julia travel office was the easiest meeting point we had for all of our Viatours in Spain.

Long entrance line no skipping at all waited 1 hour in line. Palace was closing earlier than expected . Tour felt rushed.

We paid for skip the line but we had to wait in a long line. The audio was horrible and staticky. The lowest volume selection was too loud.

Guide was late. It was supposed to be English and Spanish but there was more Spanish. English was difficult to understand. Felt rushed and very superficial explaining

Our tour was supposed to start at 4pm. On Saturday April 27. The guide waited a few minutes for late comers which is not fair. She then handed out headsets that did not work. It took a while to fix and then we headed to the palace. The guide kept counting the poplin our party and they would not let us thru. it was almost 4:50 before we finally entered as we had 6:60 dinner pond and were told the tour was an hour and a half we could not stay with the tour and ran quickly around the palace on our own. We deserve a refund for this.

Very disappointed with this company. Having booked our places on a tour and received a confirming email, on the very morning of the tour we received a text telling us that due to an "electrical glitch" our tour would not be running. They offered another date, or a refund but as this was our last day in Madrid we were left v disappointed. So, I recommend you to find a more reliable company.
