Cruise Express Return Shuttle Service
Your cruise shuttle to Bruges provides a return shuttle service from your cruise ship to Bruges and back at regular intervals (max. waiting time 30 min.), so no delay in getting to Bruges and back from your cruise ship.
Shuttles leave Zeebrugge between 8.30AM-12PM (noon), and return from Bruges in the afternoon. The schedule in the afternoon depends on the departure time of your cruise ship. First bus back: 4 hours prior to final embarkment/ last bus back: 1 hour prior to final embarkment. Shuttles every 30 minutes.

Booked this prior to my cruise, liked the fact I could cancel if we missed the port. We were escorted to our coach and after a 30 minute journey we arrived at the coach park in Bruges, we were advised of the return times back to our ship, everything ran smoothly and would definitely use again

Bruge was a lovely place to visit, coach colected us outside the port and dropped us off in a car park near the town. then collected us at the same car park for the return journey. would have been better had the driver given us some infor regarding the place and the journey their. last time we went n this trip we had a lat driver who was great and acted like a tour guide.

Betrayers, don’t go there!! The promised times are not kept, excuses after excuses. Same from port to Brugge and same driving back again! Save your little span of free time and take a different shuttle to Brugge! „Bus will come in 10 minutes“ and then you wait 45 minutes, and back as well 50 minutes. Fooling the people!

A very good service prompt an efficient but would if representative was out side the port to direct to the service has no signage to say it was Viator bit confusing but overall happy with service

I am extremely upset with Trip advisor as this website is very difficult to manuever. I booked a tour of the Alhambra and made a mistake, as it was so difficult to find the date on the website. i ordered the tour and found the error on the confirmation. I Immediately tried to cancel to rebook and I am told I will NOT receive a refund. I will hardly be using tripadvisor ever again unless they correct this very unfair practice

Freezing cold waiting for shuttle bus for 2 hrs . Considering the weather and amount of cruise passengers, shuttles should have been available every 30 minutes as stated

Sadly our boat didn’t dock due to weather. The refund was processed in full and quickly after notifying the company. Hopefully we will get there next time!

The place was beautiful but the bus driver nearly crashed the bus, it was a terrible experience he tried to overtake a lorry where the arrows indicated to move over to the right but he mounted the centre pavement to get passed, it was very frightening.
