The tour to both places were very well organized. At Hobbiton walking was a bit more but there is no other alternative. At Wattoomo glow cave was an experience of life time. Our guide was brilliant, very helping keep us entertained with nice jokes. Highly recommend but be prepared for some walking.j

What a lovely day! Cameron was an amazing guide who told us a lot about NZ . Super comfi ride, clear agreements and such an insanely beautiful destination! I'd definitely recommend this!

This tour was incredible. I truly enjoyed and liked every moment of it. The tour guide John is such an amazing person. He has great humor and was also very attentive with everybody in the group. The sights/sites are really breathtaking everywhere during this tour. Highly recommand!

This long day was made short by Michael's "cheeky" commentary during which he made a point of providing information of particular interest to group members. He had the tricky job of dropping people off at different spots, picking them up on time, and making this all run on time, and it all ran on time. Impressive. More importantly, he was ready to have a chat and a joke which made us feel comfortable. Thank you.

It was a great experience and the driver was amazing, he ensured we had water and food the entire trip. Would definitely recommend to people.

Worst tour I’ve ever had on this platform. Whole tour was 12.5 hours but the only hours spent on activity was 3hr 15 mins, the remaining hours were on commute and sending and picking up customers from different locations. In the 3hr 15 mins, I had 2 activities - 1hr 45 mins in Waiotapu Thermal wonderland. Tour description mentioned it would be a guided tour, but there was no guide at all. We were just asked to walk alone. And then I was dropped off in the city for another 1hr 45 mins for free time alone. The guide was also not clear about assembly time hence the whole tour felt like a mess. No guide, no organization, not as described as in the description . Very disappointed for this expansive tour.

We had a great time on this trip! Rotorua is a beautiful town with lots of cafe and restaurants. The geothermal pools there and in Wai-O-Tapu were also stunning. Our tour guide Grant was absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable about the area and New Zealand in general.

The trip arrangement with tour guide is normal, there are two entrances at Grand Millennium Auckland, and the tour company did not aware this, thus the pick up was delayed. Besides, we have 16 parties for the tour and the tour company only arranged a small car with maximum capacity to 17 persons. Under such circumstances, it is too crowded and the travel time for the tour with round trip was 6 hours. And as we are the last pick up point, we need to sit in the last row and supposed that it is not a reserved and fixed seats. And other participants did not want to swap a seat and exchange a seat for us when return. It is unpair and the guys are impolite. My suggestion that the tour company should arrange the seats with the participants so that they can change the seats alternatively.
