It was a fun day out. However, there are better excursions out there that we had done a few days prior.
The wind was quite bad, so snorkelling was very challenging, although that wasn’t the crews fault. It was beautiful while we were in the water.
Overall, we had a decent experience, but were probably the most disappointed with the ‘beach club’ aspect of this tour. The beach was nice, but the unlimited food, snacks and drinks wasn’t as appetising as expected. We got to choose between a burger or hotdog, and the only thing to drink was rum punch, Coke or water. There are other beach clubs on Rose Island that have fully fledged restaurants and bars, so if the beach club is the part of this tour that excites you, I’d say it’s not worth it, do more research and find a better club.

The staffs were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! If you want to have fun and party to music, they will definitely entertain you. 😉

Swam with the turtles. But thats the only swimming we did. We didnt do any other snorkeling after; didnt see fish or corals. Did not complete snorkeling gear, ie, no flippers just goggles with the basic tube. Pigs did not swim either.
Food and drinks ok.

My daughter & I LOVED this excursion. The First Mate Ray was so much fun to host this half-day for us. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 was because of the attitude of the girl who checked us in (not rude per se, but not friendly at all), the fact that the excursion was delayed an hour the night before (for which they did send an email to notify us), & then that they started loading the boat with supplies at the time we were delayed-scheduled to depart. We were 20 minutes later leaving. It turned out fine because we managed to still get back in time to load our ship, but they had absolutely no respect for the guests’ schedules.

Experience was fantastic, crew was terrific and so hospitable. We were a group of 18 with adults and children 4-14 and everyone enjoyed the snorkeling, sea turtle watching, and the time at the club. The pigs were great too!

Great tour. Guides were amazing; strong to help us in and out of the boat several times! They also went out of there way to take us back to the port so we had ample time to get back on our cruise without worry! Highly recommend

Booked this and went on a tour with oceans oasis 7. Definitely worth it, about 20 of us in total. Unfortunately for me as I was looking forward to it, we couldn’t snorkel the north side of rose island due to high wind but we did green see turtles and a reef. The reef isn’t anything magnificent to be honest but it’s cool, still marine life hiding in the rocks and stuff to find, no complaints (speaking from a scuba diver standpoint). The speedboat was a blast if you like a thrill. Captain K and his first mate Shawn were awesome, educated, organized and lots of fun. They were so enthusiastic about the pigs! Which was a total surprise. We got to feed pigs on the beach at their beach club where we got to hang out for a few hours, swim, tan, lay in the shade on hammocks, burgers and hot dogs provided with unlimited rum punch… whatever you wanted to do! It was relaxing and a nice day (coming from a cruise ship). I heard from another cruiser that their “swim with the pigs was 50-70 people.” So go with this smaller group. Water was a bit chilly in April so bring a towel and cash to tip the bartender!

Disappointed in our experience in Nassau. First, the day before our excursion I was contacted by the company and asked to move our excursion to a later time. When I let them know that the requested time change would not allow us to get back to the ship for our cruise on time and requested to cancel, they said I could keep the initial time we booked. After speaking with several guests, they were contacted with a similar request also the day before.
The company was also not clear on the pick-up location and we went to the wrong pick-up spot (we were not the only ones who did so). After a phone call to the company, we were advised to run to another pick-up spot and then proceeded to wait for 30+ mins for the boat to pick us up. When our family boarded, the boat was over capacity by 2 individuals which then prompted a guest to express her concerns on capacity and then an argument ensued with the captain. The captain then "offered" to drop her back off at the pick-up location and she opted to disembark. This scenario played out loudly in front of all the guests on-board.
From there we hit 2 spots - one for snorkeling and one for beach time with lunch - all good. When it came time to get back on the boat to head out, we had to wait at the dock for a good 30 mins in the sun. There was no shade or water for hydration offered (at first). One of the guides did take it upon himself to finally grab us all some water which we needed after baking in the sun waiting for our ride back.
Pros - Boat ride was fun (after we all got past the arguing between captain and guest), beach was gorgeous, plenty of rum punch, beach was clean with plenty of options for lounging.
Cons - Service, lack or organization, concerns over reliability of the company.
