Alessandro was the best tour guide. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and explained the history of Rome and all the attractions we saw. He knew when to be at particular sites to get the best accesses. He was detailed with photos, books, and maps detailing ancient ruins among modern buildings and sites. I could have not done everything he showed us in one day. He made our limited quick Roman vacation wonderful. He also took amazing pictures for us helping us document our trip. We are very glad to have had Alessandro as our guide

I can say that this tour is a must-do- it’s the best way to see many of Rome’s most important antiquities, famous basilicas, fountains, gardens, sculptures, buildings, to name a few, and learn the meaning and history of each important and beautiful location, and be able to walk around at your own pace. What a pleasure to be driven around in a beautiful Mercedes Benz, particularly as I was solo for the day. It was worth the money and there is a reason this tour gets all 5 star reviews from everyone.
My guide and driver was Stephane, and he was superb. He knows everything about the history and meaning behind each location. He is a fabulous driver- quite safe and quite adept at maneuvering the busy streets, large and small.
You will be able to eat or stop whenever you wish, and I opted for gelato for lunch!
I took so many photos and also made notes from Stephane’s commentary, and so far, I’ve posted 4 parts out of what will be a 5-part travelogue. My friends are really enjoying it vicariously!
Please treat yourself to a memorable experience while visiting Rome, and book this tour. I can recommend it 1000%!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did, and if you’re lucky enough to have Stephane as your guide, you will have a very high- level time.

I can't think of a better way to explore Rome. Stephane was marvellous..excellent grasp of history, great story telling capability and very helpful. Since we had explored the Colosseum, the Vatican and St Peter's basilica, Stephane made a few adjustments to the tour that started at 10 am and finished at 5 pm. We visited the following

3 Pyramid..brought in from Egypt by the then governor of Egypt, part of Roman Empire]

We enjoyed so much our one day trip to Rome with Maurizio as our chauffeur . He did an excellent job showing us the incredible sights. Also, he recommended a great restaurant for lunch and a delicious homemade ice cream treat for the afternoon.

We had this tour today with Alberto as our guide. We had the best time ever. Alberto educated us on the history, people and culture of Rome in a fun way with pop quizzes along the way. My husband and I could not of ask for anything better.
