Mariel was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and did a great job not only guiding us from place to place, trying a variety of Rome's classic foods and dishes, but also stopping along the way and telling us about different historical figures, monuments, theaters, and buildings. A wonderful day learning about Italian history, experiencing its culture, and tasting the food! Highly recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our food tour with Anastasia. She was lovely! A seventh generation Roman, she definitely knew her way around the town, and showed us some great small spots (all family owned and with storied histories). Our group was small (only four)so it was quite intimate-I felt like I was being shown the town by a younger, cooler girlfriend. It was so much fun!

We loved our very small group on the tour. Our guide was very informative. She explained in detail what we were eating, and where it came from, and a lot of history along our way. I highly recommend this tour!

A friend and myself took this tour with Luca on Dec. 3, 2023. I highly recommend taking this tour to learn about the food, city and its history . Luca was awesome . The tour last 3 hours . Don’t eat before you come . The food is delicious . We took an evening tour and it was great to walk the city after dark . I wish this allowed me to submit pictures .

Food Tour with Federica was great local food/wine tasting as well as well as great history lesson about Roman history and customs. Since it was towards end of the season, we got Federica all to ourself !!! It was private tour, full of great food, wine and recommendations for future (since we’re leaving tomorrow).
If you’re looking for a lovely, passionate and fun way to spend few our, choose Federica. You won’t be disappointed!
One tip: do this in the beginning of your stay, it’ll open your eyes to a whole lot new culinary options.
