The driver was very nice and helped us with numerous pieces of luggage. He got us to the cruise terminal on time. My only issue was that we paid in advance for the ride but the day before they texted us that there would be an upcharge of 30 euros.

Driver never showed up. Had to make last minute arrangements through my hotel to get to cruise port to avoid missing cruise. Total ripoff from VIATOR.

Driver was good and showed up early to pick us up at the hotel . Trip to the port was fast and easy . He dropped us off near the boat and it was just right . Private transfer was the best way to go.

Our driver was on time, which actually means a few minutes early. Although he didn't speak English, he was courteous and kind. I will definitely use Viator for my future tours and transportation needs.

Max was an amazing tour guide. He had an encyclopedic knowledge of Rome and it's many wonderful treasures. In addition he pointed out points of interest that we would have missed without his guidance. Max was the best!

We needed to get to get back to the port after visiting Rome for a day. He picked us right up from where we had stored our bags near the Vatican. Traffic was terrible and we were exhausted. So glad we did this.

Had to change our pick up time. He responded almost immediately and we were picked up at the new time! He was courteous and helpful with our luggage. The trip to the port was easygoing!
