Picked us up in front of our hotel! Was cheaper than hotel wanted to charge! Driver was very professional & I recommend!!!!

Pick up was 45 minutes late. Driver told us they called him 15 minutes before he picked us up for the trip. Vehicle was too small, we had to sit on luggage, laps for the hour ride. Very disappointed and will not use again.

The trip from our hotel to the cruise ship was a critical event. We had to get there on time or run the risk of getting left behind. Our Viator driver was at the hotel a half hour early to meet us and help with our luggage! Outstanding!

The driver was very nice and helped us with numerous pieces of luggage. He got us to the cruise terminal on time. My only issue was that we paid in advance for the ride but the day before they texted us that there would be an upcharge of 30 euros.

Driver never showed up. Had to make last minute arrangements through my hotel to get to cruise port to avoid missing cruise. Total ripoff from VIATOR.

Driver was good and showed up early to pick us up at the hotel . Trip to the port was fast and easy . He dropped us off near the boat and it was just right . Private transfer was the best way to go.

Our driver was on time, which actually means a few minutes early. Although he didn't speak English, he was courteous and kind. I will definitely use Viator for my future tours and transportation needs.

Max was an amazing tour guide. He had an encyclopedic knowledge of Rome and it's many wonderful treasures. In addition he pointed out points of interest that we would have missed without his guidance. Max was the best!
