The variety of food tried on this tour were delicious! We started with suppli, then moved into a variety of meats, Roman style pizza, and fried artichokes before ending the night with gelato. Francesca was our tour guide, and she was very informative about the history of the food, as well as the history of the areas we walked around.

Trip started off to a rough start when we were informed the night before that it had to be cancelled due to sickness and we were offered the 6pm slot unfortunately we couldn’t make it as we had another trip at this time so enquired about a refund we heard nothing back until 9:30am the next morning saying change of plans the trip was back on. This meant we had to rush around to get to the tour on time and was a very stressful experience just wasn’t very organised in my opinion. However in saying this Arianna our guide was amazing she made the whole experience fantastic and I couldn’t recommend this trip enough. This trip was the highlight of our city break as you get to go around trying different things and learn about the italian culture while trying foods you might not have. Arianna was fantastic with her great sense of humour and making everyone feel comfortable from start to finish. If you’re considering this trip 100% go for it.

Luca was great, funny and friendly. He was knowledgeable of the areas we visited.
The food was very tasty and a good intro to food in Rome.

Our tour guide, Arianna, was amazing and informative. We learned some history about various popular foods in the region. The tour was also accommodating for vegetarians.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Chiara and exploring the Campo de’ Fiori area. We sampled salamis, pizza, suppli (rice balls) and gelato. The neighborhood is beautiful. Chaira helped us with restaurant recommendations, too.

Great tour with Arianna, lots of lovely foods plus wine and beer. Really interesting tour Our 14 year olds also enjoyed it and the gelato at the end - delicious!! Thank you, having done this on day 1 we were able to revisit places would def recommend! Grazi! x

From start to finish we enjoyed the stories from our guide Arianna. She made us feel very welcome from the first moment. We visited many amazing locations and enjoyed some amazing food along the way. It was a great trip and we would recommend to anyone if they are visiting Rome.

I would recommend doing this tour early when visiting Rome so that you can go back to the participating restaurants and eat an entire meal! Everything we tasted was delicious. Our guide, Flame, was an exceptional! Not only did we get to taste some amazing food. She provided so much information about the background of the food as well as the location in which we were eating. You could tell she really loves her job and sharing her passion—good food, fellowship and fun!
