I wasn’t expecting much from this tour but was surprised by the amount of food and locations we visited. Our guide , FIAMMETTA, was fabulous and provided not only a primer on Italian food, but also history of Rome and what we were tasting.
It was clear that Fiammetta is passionate about her country and her food. I would recommend this tour to others who want to do some fun food tasting. It would be nice if there was some wine/beer that went with some of the tastings but it wasn’t necessary.

Fiammetta was our guide and she was great. Friendly and knowledgeable - food stops and samples were tasty and good portion sizes/filling. Pace was good so not too tiring of a walking tour. She provided good history and insights throughout the tour and pointed out good places to eat along the way. Would recommend this to all especially if you can book it during the beginning of your stay in Rome so you get good ideas of where to go eat in the local area. Glad we took the tour.

Our tour guide, Julia, was exceptional! She was very helpful and knowledgeable. My partner and I were early for our tour. The other group of nine was over half an hour late. She was professional enough to start the tour on time and the other group met up with us whenever they did. She talked not only of the food, but also the history of the place and culture. She amazing! Would love to go on another tour with her. Thank you Julia!

A wonderful opportunity to learn about Rome in general and some of the foods that have been an integral part of its history.
Julia was our guide and she was exceptional, with a detailed and passionate knowledge about Rome and its history and a desire to pass that knowledge on.
At all times Julia gave ample opportunity for the group to ask questions and then provide detailed and informative answers.
On top of all of this, the food was delicious and a good introduction to aspects of Roman cuisine that I was not aware of.
This is an easy tour to recommend!
