Serafino was very personable and caring.
She was particularly attentive to our needs to take care of my husband's physical limitations during the tour. We were her only 2 people so she addressed all our questions and brought more details to anything we wanted to know, extremely knowledgeable!

We booked a group tour and were very excited to learn we had a private tour. Our guide understood what we were looking for from our first moments with her. We really appreciated her highly detailed explanation of the Sistine Chapel before we entered the room, so we could maintain the reverance and decorum the space deserved. There is no way to see it all and she helped us zero in on Catholic art, relics, and holy spots throughout the space. We are also very grateful for her recommendation to eat at our favorite restauarnt in Rome after our tour. We would hire her for all of our future tours.

Weather was perfect and our tour guide was amazing. He had humor but you could tell he was passionate about the history of the sites we visited. He also read the room well and knew when we were tired, needed a break, or some alternative activity than just the regular that you get. The beauty and precision of the sites could never be replicated today. I really enjoyed it!

Ally from Liv Tours was an exceptional guide. She provided us with the key highlights in a four hour tour of the Vatican museums, Sistine chapel, and St Peter’s. Splurge for the small group tour. It’s worth every penny. Skipping the line and having the opportunity to ask questions and make decisions to see or skip things that interested us was priceless! Ally’s depth of knowledge was impressive and her warmth and kindness made a busy tourist center feel very personal. Thank you Ally!

We had a wonderful experience. Our guide was in the exact location as they told us ahead of time. Elizabeth was her name and she was very informative and sweet with our children. This was a wonderful tour of the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Our guide gave us a superb overview of the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s. His fund of knowledge was deep and he was able to answer all our questions. He engaged our kids with humor and pertinent connections to their lives. We came away feeling we had learned a lot and all of the most important highlights were well covered.
